Do you deliver training to all industries?
Yes. Elevate Training & Development works with corporate teams, public sector organisations, small businesses, schools, trusts and charities. Our training is designed to be relevant and adaptable across sectors.
Do you provide HR advice or consultancy?
No. We provide training only. We do not offer HR advice, legal guidance or support with individual HR cases. Our role is to equip staff with practical tools, confidence and behaviour clarity.
Can you tailor training to our organisation?
Absolutely. We offer bespoke sessions shaped around your culture, staff group and goals. This includes HR‑aligned training, leadership development, manager development and team‑specific workshops.
How long are your sessions?
We offer a range of formats:
90‑minute sessions (from £350)
2‑hour sessions (from £450)
3.5‑hour whole‑staff sessions (£995)
4‑module development programmes (MDP/LDP)
Do you deliver online training?
Yes. All sessions can be delivered via Teams if preferred.
